Refund Policy

At Sprouting Smarties, we value your trust and strive to ensure you have a joyful and satisfying experience with every purchase. Since our products are custom-designed and our storytelling sessions are time-bound services, we have a carefully defined refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

 

Refund Policy for Physical Products (Books & Planners)

We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

  • You share clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us verify the problem

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A full refund or

  • A replacement (based on your preference and availability)

 

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You entered an incorrect delivery address

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling

  • You failed to report the issue within 3 days

​

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

 

Refunds for Storytelling Sessions

Because our storytelling sessions require preparation and limited slots:

You may reschedule once

 if:

  • You inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session

  • The rescheduling request is made via email.

​

No refunds will be given if:

You miss your session without prior notice

  • You cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

  • You request a refund after the session has already taken place

​

Refunds are also not available for digital sessions or downloadable content (if applicable in future).

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–15 business days.

  • If your payment was made via UPI or direct bank transfer, we may request your account details to initiate the refund.
