Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sprouting Smarties! We’re excited to deliver our lovingly crafted books, planners and storytelling tools to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, pack and ship your orders whether you’re in India or abroad.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Note: During product launches, promotions, or festive seasons, processing time may be extended by a few days due to increased volume.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via Shiprocket.

Standard Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Shipping Charges: Free PAN India.

As we are located in Gurugram, remote locations may experience longer delivery windows.

3. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. However, not incorporated in the website yet, so request you to please contact us via email for a custom shipping quote. Note: Shipping charges will be extra for all orders that needs to be delivered outside India.

4. Service Interruptions & Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Natural calamities or extreme weather
Festivals or courier network overload
Unforeseen events (strikes, lockdowns, etc.)

We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or mobile (if applicable). You can use it to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us at Support@sproutingsmarties.co.in

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your address and contact number are entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional shipping charges for reshipping returned packages

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer, when order is being re-sent due to incorrect information entered on website.

7. Packaging

All books and planners are carefully packed in durable packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged parcel, please take clear photos and contact us immediately.
