Welcome to Sprouting Smarties! Please read the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing our site, purchasing products or participating in our storytelling sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent before making any purchases or bookings.

2. Products and Services

Sprouting Smarties offers:

Children’s books and daily planners.
Virtual and in-person storytelling sessions for children (Coming soon)
Occasional digital downloads and educational content (Coming soon)

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product, pricing or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment & Pricing

We accept payments via secure payment gateways Razopay through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Sprouting Smarties reserves the right to change prices or introduce new fees at any time.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders for physical books and planners are shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., courier strikes, extreme weather, etc.).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Physical Products (Books/Planners):

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed after 48 hours.
In case a return/exchange is required, please email us at support@sproutingsmarties.co.in
We offer returns only when the product is either damaged or incorrect. Please report any issues within 2 days of delivery.

Storytelling Sessions:

Session bookings are non-refundable.
You may reschedule once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the session time.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this site including but not limited to books, planners, illustrations, session content, logos, and designs is the sole property of Sprouting Smarties and is protected. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website by:

Attempting unauthorized access
Disrupting the website or its functionality
Posting offensive, harmful or misleading content
Violating the rights of Sprouting Smarties or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if any user violates these terms.
